Meet Your Personal Trainer, Jenni
Hey, I'm Jen! I am a pole dancing, weight lifting, carb eating boxing queen and I am completely obsessed with helping women find confidence and self esteem through movement that works for them and their busy lives. I have worked in the fitness industry as a health and wellbeing coach for over six years. In this time, I have worked as a coach at Ministry of Sound, Double Jab Boxing Club and The Bridge women's only gym and have mainly worked with women and non-binary folk in this time. Prior to retraining as a coach, I worked in Art sales in London. I spent my spare time in the gym weight training and boxing. I was an endorphin addict! When I retrained as a personal trainer, I made it my goal to help people find movement that worked best for them and their hectic lifestyles, as I knew exactly how it felt to work full time and have to cram exercise in!
