With over six years of experience in the health and wellbeing industry, my goal is to empower you through fitness, regardless of how busy your life is. What is online fitness coaching?
Online fitness coaching is a flexible, personalised approach to reaching your health and fitness goals, all from the comfort of your home—or anywhere you have an internet connection! Through She Moves Well Coaching, I offer custom workout plans and ongoing support to help you find the right movement that fits into your lifestyle. You’ll receive expert guidance and accountability, just like in-person training, but with the added convenience of training when and where it suits you.

How Does Online Personal Training Work?
Online personal training begins with an in-depth consultation to understand your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. I’ll create a tailored program just for you, complete with video tutorials and clear instructions on each exercise. We’ll check in regularly through video calls or messaging, so you’ll always have my support and guidance. Whether you're looking to build strength, or simply finding time to move, I’ll provide workouts that align with your goals and schedule.

Meet Your Personal Trainer, Jenni
Hey, I'm Jen! I am a pole dancing, weight lifting, carb eating boxing queen and I am completely obsessed with helping women find confidence and self esteem through movement that works for them and their busy lives. I have worked in the fitness industry as a health and wellbeing coach for over seven years. In this time, I have worked as a coach at Ministry of Sound, Double Jab Boxing Club and The Bridge women's only gym and have mainly worked with women and non-binary folk in this time.​ Prior to retraining as a coach, I worked in Art sales in London. I spent my spare time in the gym weight training and boxing. I was an endorphin addict! When I retrained as a personal trainer, I made it my goal to help people find movement that worked best for them and their hectic lifestyles, as I knew exactly how it felt to work full time and have to cram exercise in!

How Do Your Online Sessions Work? Do I Need Equipment?
Online sessions are designed to fit seamlessly into your life. Whether you have a fully equipped home gym or no equipment at all, I can create a program that works for you. While some exercises may benefit from basic equipment like resistance bands or dumbbells, I also offer bodyweight options, so no gear is necessary to get started. We’ll work together to make sure you feel comfortable and confident with your setup, whatever that looks like. Everything will be programmed via and app and you can workout where ever you feel most comfortable.
