About Empower You

When I first started my exercise journey, I wish I had a better understanding of my body. I wish I understood my cycle and how I could harness the power of each week to my advantage. I didn't have the education at the time on why I was exercising and the real benefits of what it could do for my mind and body.

The She Moves Well Empower You programme has been built so you don't have to feel stuck like how I did. The course will give you all the necessary tools to help build movement into your life that works best for you.

If you feel unconfident in the gym or stuck on where to start with understanding your body, this course is here to educate and support you with the necessities of how to live stronger and more confidently.

Each week, we will discuss the female body, body image, movement and mental health plus much more! By the end of the course, you'll have a full toolkit to help you find the values that will bring you to more joyful movement in your life. We will meet every week online and all sessions will include an exercise to do in your own time plus a support network and community of like-minded people!

What actually is the Empower You online course?

Empower You is a 6 week online programme which will help you to find exercise that works for you, and helps you to understand your body better.

Each week, we will discuss the female body, body image, movement and mental health plus much more! By the end of the course, you'll have a full toolkit to help you find the values that will bring you to more joyful movement in your life. We will meet at the same time every week, online and all sessions will include an exercise to do in your own time plus a support network and community of like-minded people! 

I am interested in your Empower You course but not sure I can make every week. Will there be recordings?

Yes! I would recommend trying to make each session but appreciate that may not be possible. I will record and send the videos for everyone to re-watch if they wish.

Meet Your Personal Trainer, Jenni

Hey, I'm Jen! I am a pole dancing, weight lifting, carb eating boxing queen and I am completely obsessed with helping women find confidence and self esteem through movement that works for them and their busy lives. I have worked in the fitness industry as a health and wellbeing coach for over six years. In this time, I have worked as a coach at Ministry of Sound, Double Jab Boxing Club and The Bridge women's only gym and have mainly worked with women and non-binary folk in this time.​ Prior to retraining as a coach, I worked in Art sales in London. I spent my spare time in the gym weight training and boxing. I was an endorphin addict! When I retrained as a personal trainer, I made it my goal to help people find movement that worked best for them and their hectic lifestyles, as I knew exactly how it felt to work full time and have to cram exercise in!

The last Empower You cohort started on October 2nd 2024. The next round of Empower You will run in Spring 2025.
