Meet Jenni, Your Female Personal Trainer in London

 

Hey, I'm Jen! I am a pole dancing, weight lifting, carb-eating, boxing queen and I am completely obsessed with helping women find confidence and self esteem through movement that works for them and their busy lives.

I have worked in the fitness industry as a health and wellbeing coach for over seven years. In this time, I have worked as a coach at Ministry of Sound, Double Jab Boxing Club and The Bridge women's only gym and have mainly worked with women and non-binary folk in this time.​ Prior to retraining as a coach, I worked in Art sales in London. I spent my spare time in the gym weight training and boxing. I was an endorphin addict! When I retrained as a personal trainer, I made it my goal to help people find movement that worked best for them and their hectic lifestyles, as I knew exactly how it felt to work full time and have to cram exercise in!

A female personal trainer offering small group personal training, 1:1 personal training and online personal training. She Moves Well Coaching believes everyone has the right to understand how their body works and functions. Education, empathy and correct movement is always at the forefront of clients' needs. With over six years experience working in the health and wellbeing industry, my approach centres around education, movement and empowerment. I know exactly how it feels to work full time and have to cram exercise in, which is why I made it my goal to help people find movement that works best for them and their hectic lifestyles.

​​Over the last seven years, I have been putting in as much work as possible to be the best coach I can be! Here are some of my accomplishments so far.

  • I am a Mental Health with Exercise Coach though the MHEC Academy.

  • I have completed courses in Pelvic Floor Awareness

  • I am a NASM Women’s Fitness Specialist including pre and post natal training

  • I hold an Introduction to Counselling Skills Level 2 certificate

  • I am a Level one England Boxing Coach

  • I am a qualified level 2 Gym Instructor and a Level 3 Personal Trainer​​​​​​

Fun Facts About Me!

  • ​I have a cat and three guinea pigs.

  • I am originally from Plymouth, Devon but currently live in Southeast London with my partner who is a chef (go me for marrying a chef)

  • I am from a creative background originally and have a Textile degree from Bath Spa University

  • I am a pole dancer and occasionally perform to crowds!

  • I once did a charity boxing fight at the Clapham Grand. It was terrifying. I lost.
