She Moves Well Coaching believes everyone has the right to understand how their body works and functions. Education, empathy and correct movement is always at the forefront of clients' needs. With over six years experience working in the health and wellbeing industry, my approach centres around education, movement and empowerment. I know exactly how it feels to work full time and have to cram exercise in, which is why I made it my goal to help people find movement that works best for them and their hectic lifestyles.
Meet Your Personal Trainer, Jenni
Hey, I'm Jen! I am a pole dancing, weight lifting, carb eating boxing queen and I am completely obsessed with helping women find confidence and self esteem through movement that works for them and their busy lives. I have worked in the fitness industry as a health and wellbeing coach for over six years. In this time, I have worked as a coach at Ministry of Sound, Double Jab Boxing Club and The Bridge women's only gym and have mainly worked with women and non-binary folk in this time.​ Prior to retraining as a coach, I worked in Art sales in London. I spent my spare time in the gym weight training and boxing. I was an endorphin addict! When I retrained as a personal trainer, I made it my goal to help people find movement that worked best for them and their hectic lifestyles, as I knew exactly how it felt to work full time and have to cram exercise in!

Frequently Asked Questions
What days and times are you available for personal training?
I coach Monday to Friday in between the hours of 7am and 7pm. Please contact me for availability.​
What kind of support do you offer in between workout sessions?
Do you offer diet plans?
I am not a qualified nutritionist or dietician. My scope of practice is coaching exercise. I am qualified to give general nutritional guidance and am able to give tracking options if necessary.
I will write "homework" for you depending on what we are working on together. I am also available in between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday if you have any questions or if you need to reschedule a session.​
Why don’t you show transformation photos?
Do you weigh and take measurements?
I don't weigh clients or take measurements. You are always welcome to weigh yourself at home however, I never recommend doing this daily or even weekly as our bodies fluctuate with our cycle.
I don't believe our worth comes from our aesthetics. I prefer to track the weights you lift to show progress but also talk about how you feel. In a nutshell, transformation photos give me the ick!​
